Story of movie is very good contain lot of good twists so telling story first only is not god as u may loss thrill.In short Shivaji is story of USA NRI who comes back to india to do something good for people here and after some thinking on major Problems on india he plans to give some free services to society like Complete free education from childhood to higher education to merit students and medical needs t poor people in india.Now many anti social elements stop him to achieve this god services to people and troubles sivaji huge till he loose everything he have,still sivaji works hard and finally do things what he planed successfully.How he manages to achieve his aim is story line of film.
US NRI comming back to india and facing all this problems for society is shown very well by director.problems that public organizations face if some one really try to do god to poor people are shown very natural and effective way.Same time Sivaji will fall in love with shreya and love story is run parallel in very decent manner with excellent songs.Sivaji apart from power full social based script proves to be one of best love story ever made in tamil film history.Second half mostly deals with action part sivaji comeback after huge loss and how he becomes winner.
